How to play
Pass one device around the room and take turns claiming squares.
- Give each player a name above. Player X always opens the very first match.
- Tap or click an empty square to place your mark. Turns alternate automatically.
- Get three of your marks in a row, column, or diagonal to win. The winning line lights up gold.
- If all nine squares fill with no line, it is a draw. That happens more than you'd think.
- Tap Rematch to play again with the same scoreboard, or New match to clear a board mid-game without it counting.
- Turn on a best of 3, 5, or 7 format if you want a proper series. Whoever reaches the majority of round wins takes the series.
- Restart series wipes scores and rounds completely, ready for a new pair of players.
